The rules in your local court change almost daily! Make Sure you don't miss an important update
A New eFiling deadline...
Written by Michael Reid on January. 14th 2018
ok, so now we have efiling and the rules seem to be slightly different everywhere you turn... what is my new deadline for submitting documents to the court?
2018 bring in more than just a few new years resolutions, it brings in new laws! As of January 1st, 2018, it is no longer up to each individual court as to what their "Deadline" is for receiving an efiled document.

With deadlines ranging from 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. you never knew when to submit your documents!

California Statute C.C.P. 1010.6(b)(3) has determined that documents eFiled between 12am and 11:59pm would be considered filed on that same business day.

However, Many courts have yet to update their systems and workflow to allow for such a change.. I have personally called all of the courts and with the exception of a few courts, they are planning to honor this new California Statute.

At PSDaily we offer you two very easy options. Take our online quiz to find out what type of efiler you are!
